ESSENTIAL
SAFETY
MEASURES

Essential Safety Measures (ESM) compliance is not a one-off exercise. It is an ongoing obligation that requires clear understanding of the statutory requirements, accurate record-keeping and regular maintenance and reporting.

ESM play a critical role in protecting building occupants and ensuring ongoing compliance with Victorian building regulations. Understanding and managing these obligations requires clarity, consistency and a practical approach.

We work collaboratively with building owners, facility managers and project teams to educate and to support practical and compliant outcomes, in the long term.
