Once documentation is compliant, we prepare and issue the building permit in a timely manner, with clear and appropriate conditions.
We ensure that all required mandatory inspections are carried out at key stages of construction.
We remain available throughout construction to respond to site queries and provide clear compliance advice as required.
At completion, we carry out the final inspection and issue the certificate of final inspection or occupancy permit, where applicable.
