Martin is a Director of MRA Building Surveyors and brings extensive experience across the commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors throughout Victoria.

He is known for his clear, practical approach to regulatory interpretation and his ability to guide project teams through complex compliance matters with confidence. Martin works closely with project teams from early design stages through to project completion, providing consistent oversight and sound professional judgement.

Rajesh Kumar

Rajesh is a Director of MRA Building Surveyors, with a varied experience base and a strong focus on documentation review, compliance assessment and inspection services.

He brings a methodical and detail-oriented approach to his work, supporting project teams by identifying compliance issues early and providing clear, practical guidance to assist resolution. Rajesh works collaboratively with designers and builders to ensure regulatory requirements are met efficiently and consistently.

His calm, professional manner and thorough understanding of the NCC and Victorian building regulations make him a trusted point of contact throughout the approval and inspection process.

Mark Lewis

Mark has over 38 years of commercial building surveying experience in Melbourne. 

Mark has issued building permits for some of Melbourne’s most iconic buildings, such as the award-winning Deakin University Building U, Epworth Hospital Richmond and Melbourne City Mission’s ground-breaking Front Yard Youth Service.

Passionate about building and maintaining client relationships, Mark is one of Melbourne’s most sought-after building surveyors for his vast experience, practical mindset and approachable manner.  Clients value Mark’s clear communication, consistency and solutions-focused approach during construction.

Enida Burnic

Enida is a registered building surveyor with over 15 years’ experience. Beginning her career and consolidating her expertise in residential developments, Enida has added commercial and industrial developments to her skillbase and now continues to support MRA’s clients in these sectors.

She works closely with clients and colleagues to carry out compliance assessments, reporting and coordination with consultants and authorities. Enida’s structured approach and attention to detail support consistency across projects and clear communication with clients.

She plays a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of building surveying services across a range of project types.

Alex Tran

Having completed his Bachelor of Building Surveying in 2023, Alex is continuing to build on his early career development within the industry. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to expanding his technical knowledge and refining its practical application, supported by a dedicated and driven approach to professional growth.

Alex provides support to our technical team and actively works with clients to navigate the building permit process, thereby supporting the successful progression of projects from early stages to completion.
